Tuberculosis (TB) skin testing: A TB skin test is required and must be completed prior to the end of the second week. If you have a recent TB test result (less than 12 months old) we will accept that. Otherwise, you will need to get one. You may go to your physician’s office, a county health department, a CVS Minute Clinic or have the test performed here at MHA for an additional $40.00 fee. The choice is yours. If taken at MHA, the testing will be completed during the first week of your program.
Work placement assistance: We receive many calls from employers looking to hire our students. A letter of recommendation is offered to our graduating students, for employment or school purposes.
